When you refer a loan officer and they sign up, they must reference your email address or username so you can receive credit for referring them. You will receive 50% the one month subscription price after their second month of membership. Remember, there is no limit to how many people you can refer! |
| How often are lenders added to the directory (I can't find a lender I'm looking for)? |

New lenders are added to the site on a weekly basis. If you would like for us to add a lender to the site that is not listed, please call us and/or complete the feedback and suggestions form and we'll list the lender within a few days. |

If you keep getting logged out of the site, please try changing your password. Each user account is only meant to be used by one user, and sharing the account could cause the first user to be logged out when another user logs in using that username. Lenders are added to the site on a weekly basis. As we find new lenders that we feel can provide beneficial programs to loan officers, we will add them to the site. If you would like to make some recommendations, please email them to us at our "Feedback and Suggestions" section. |

| How can an appraiser be added to the database? |

At this point, it is completely free to be added to the appraiser database. If you would like to submit your information, please contact us at appraisers@lenderloft.com and we'll send you a form to complete. Once you complete the form and return it, you will be added to the database within 48 hours. It's that simple! |
| How is the appraiser database maintained and updated? |

The appraisers in our database are contacted by our staff on a regular basis so we may update their information. If you find some information that is incorrect in our database, we would welcome your email at appraisers@lenderloft.com so we can make any changes necessary. |

| How do I sign up? |
| |
Signing up is easy! Visit our homepage and register as either a basic or premium account executive. Then there are two ways to upgrade your account. You can either visit "My Home" and click on "Commercial" from your scenario log or visit the scenario page and click on a commercial scenario, both ways will prompt you to upgrade. Add funds to your account and you can begin purchasing leads immediately.

| What is the cost of purchasing a lead? |

Each lead costs $20. |
| How do I fund my account? Is there a minimum? |
| |
You can fund your account by going to the commercial leads link on the "My Home" page. There you will be prompted to "Fund My Account". There is no minimum or maximum set on the amount of leads you can purchase at one time. You can fund your account in $20 increments. |
| Do the funds in My Account expire? |
| |
The funds in your LenderLoft.com account will never expire, that way you are only paying for what you use. You can fund your account at your convenience. |
| What payment methods are accepted? |

LenderLoft.com accepts all major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. LenderLoft.com does not participate in direct withdrawal or monthly billing. |
| How are the leads produced? |
| |
The leads listed on LenderLoft.com, both commercial and residential, are posted directly by Loan Officers/Brokers, therefore, they are wholesale leads. |
| How many leads are produced each day? |

LenderLoft.com currently produces 20-30 commercial leads per day.

| How is LenderLoft.com different than other lead generation companies? |

LenderLoft.com is different from other lead companies because our leads come directly from Loan Officers/Brokers across the nation aggressively looking for the right lender for their loan scenario. Our leads are not cherry-picked or altered before they are sent to the Account Executive/Lender. In addition, you do not have to pay until you see a lead you are interested in purchasing. |
| Who should be buying these leads? |

All the leads posted on LenderLoft.com are wholesale leads posted by Loan Officers/Brokers. The only people who should buy these leads are wholesale Account Executives/Lenders. In the same way, the only people who will have access to the commercial leads are verified Commercial Account Executives/Lenders. |
| Can I view the whole lead before purchasing it? |

You will receive alerts via email as commercial leads are posted. The alert will provide you with scenario information (loan amount, LTV, property type, state, etc.) The personal contact information of the Loan Officer/Broker, as well as the notes and property details, will be emailed to you in a printable format after you purchase the lead. This way you can call your purchased lead directly. Save this information not only so you can fund their current loan, but also so you can establish a relationship for the next time they need a lender.

| What if the lead is bad? Do I get a refund? |

While restrictions do apply,. returning leads couldn't be easier. Simply email commerciallending@lenderloft.com to dispute the lead within 5 days of the purchase. While LenderLoft.com takes great strides to provide the highest quality of leads to our Account Executives/Lenders, we understand that occasionally a lead may turn out to be bad. LenderLoft.com may choose to contact the author of the lead to try and clarify the specifics of a lead. Since most of our leads are non-exclusive, the loan officer may have started a loan process with another Account Executive/Lender or received quotes and then "changed their mind"; this is not a valid reason for a dispute. We recommend contacting the Loan Officer/Broker as soon as you get the lead so you can be the first to earn their business. LenderLoft.com reserves the right to monitor your returns and exchanges and/or to adjust this policy without notice. All returns are verified within 48 business hours and all dispositions are final. LenderLoft.com will issue a store credit for validated returns. In the event of a discrepancy between LenderLoft.com and the Account Executive/Lender, LenderLoft.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account Executive/Lender's account. |
| Are these leads exclusive? How many times are they sold? |

LenderLoft.com does not provide exclusive leads. They may be purchased up to six times by different Account Executives/Lenders. For this reason we encourage you to contact the author of the loan officer/broker as soon as possible after the time of purchase to ensure that you are the first to earn their business.
