Lender Loft now offers private label opportunities for mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers to offer a customized suite of products for your loan officers, powered by LenderLoft. Check out all the features below:

Branded version of Lender Loft with your company logo, graphics, and your own unique feel.
- Your branded version will be fully customizable to fit your wants and needs.
- Integration of Lender Loft into your mortgage website (which we can also create for you).
- We will host the software on our servers and provide all technical support.

Detailed Feature Listing
Lender Database Custom Features:
- Create online database of lenders that your company does business with.
- Uploading of rates, forms, highlights by admin or all reps
- Users can individually add notes and reminders specific to each lender
- Upload contact information for your account executives so all staff has up-to-date records
- (we will give you the ability to use our existing database, as well as customize each lender page with information you want your sales team to see)
Appraiser Database:
- Upload and display only the appraisers your company has relations with. Order forms, pricing, and all documents will be hosted on the server.
- Users may order appraisals/comps directly from the interface (optional)
- All appraisals received can be uploaded onto the server for long term storage. (This feature will have a custom search function to locate previous appraisals by property address, borrower name, or other information.)
Loan Scenarios:
- Users will have the ability to post loan scenarios for all the company's account executives to view, for all Lender Loft AEs to view, or onto an internal bulletin board where other internal staff may be able to assist with the loan.
- Admin can specify which account executives should receive the posted scenarios and can make changes at any time.
- Replies to scenarios can be automatically forwarded to Blackberry and Treo devices, or sent as text messages to any phone
Online filing cabinet/Password Locker:
- Admin can upload internal company documents which staff can easily access and download from the server. (Title order forms, payroll timesheets, closing worksheets, stacking orders, etc...)
- Admin can upload usernames/passwords for all lender websites, etc... As these passwords may change, users will always have access to the most up-to-date login information.
Contact Database:
- Set up automatic emails that are sent to clients on their birthdays, anniversaries, or just every 30-60 days. These marketing emails will be customized to include the company logo, picture of loan officer or staff, etc...
Message/Announcement Board:
- Admin/staff can post messages and announcements on a bulletin board/calendar that will be displayed on the home page when each user logs in.
- When messages are posted, users will receive an email to log in and view the new post. (useful feature for company meeting reminders, holiday reminders, etc...)
Administrative Controls:
- Add/remove/edit user information from control panel
- Permit user logon from office only via local intranet.
- Track user logon activity.
