I have a client who would like a purchase money conventional loan for 95% LTV for Moreno Valley CA, 92555-5810. Home is brand new, PP is 277K, borrowers have good incomes, mid ficos are 738 bor. And 700 co-bor., back end DTI is 42%, and builder / seller is crediting the buyers $10k towards closing costs. Do anyone have a 95% LTV conventional product that will work for the zip code 92555?
